Discovery Term 1

Here is snippet of the different activities that have been happening during our discovery time. Students drive their own learning and passions. This allows students to develop and practice areas of the New Zealand curriculum such as Maths, Science, Art, Technology, Language, Social Skills, Reading, Writing and P.E. It provides plenty of opportunities for developing resilience, problem solving and creating. Students are able to practice the key competencies which are Thinking, Relating to others, Using language, symbols, and texts Managing self and Participating and contributing.
