Room 7 Picasso Face Sculptures

Through the visual arts we have been investigating and developing visual ideas in response to a variety of motivations, observations and imagination. We have been exploring the artist Picasso who loved to produce sculptures out of junk materials. Room 7 spent a week collecting junk items from home to help create a facial sculpture. As you can see from the photos we spent time selecting appropriate items to build up different facial features. It was so much fun and we are very proud of our final work.
